Partner Conduct Commitment
By registering, using the Partner Dashboard, submitting customer leads or representing LoanPayBima in any form, the partner agrees to follow this Code of Conduct along with the Partner Agreement, Partner Commission Policy, Privacy Policy and other applicable platform rules.
Important Platform Disclosure
LoanPayBima is an independent technology, CRM, lead-generation, document-assistance and customer-support platform. It is not an insurance company, insurance broker, bank, NBFC, lender or financial institution.
1. Purpose
This Code aims to protect customers, maintain professional standards and preserve trust in the LoanPayBima Partner Program.
Customer Protection
Customers must receive accurate, respectful and transparent assistance.
Ethical Business
Partners must avoid false claims, unfair practices and misleading promotions.
Professional Trust
Partners must maintain honesty and accountability in every interaction.
2. Scope and Applicability
This Code applies to every approved, pending, active, suspended or former partner wherever obligations continue after termination.
- Partners using the LoanPayBima website, CRM or Partner Dashboard.
- Partners communicating through calls, WhatsApp, email, SMS or social media.
- Partners collecting customer details or documents.
- Partners promoting insurance, loan, credit card, bank account or related assistance services.
- Employees, representatives or sub-agents engaged by a partner, where permitted.
3. Professional Behaviour
Every partner must behave respectfully, honestly and responsibly.
Use polite and professional language with customers, staff and service providers.
Provide correct information and clearly disclose when approval or issuance depends on a third-party provider.
Maintain punctuality and reasonable response times.
Protect confidential information and avoid public discussion of customer cases.
Follow platform processes, dashboard instructions and support escalation channels.
4. Customer-First Standards
Customer interest, informed choice and dignity must come before commission or sales pressure.
Clear Explanation
Explain the service process, required documents, applicable charges and third-party involvement.
No Pressure Selling
Do not force, threaten, mislead or repeatedly disturb customers.
Transparency
Disclose material limitations, waiting periods, exclusions or uncertainty where applicable.
Fair Treatment
Treat all customers respectfully without discrimination or exploitation.
5. Ethical Marketing Guidelines
Marketing must be accurate, verifiable and not misleading.
No Guaranteed Approval Claims
Partners must not promise guaranteed policy issuance, loan approval, claim settlement, interest rate, credit limit, cashback or commission.
Partners must not:
- Use fake discounts, fabricated testimonials or false comparison claims.
- Claim that LoanPayBima is an insurer, lender, bank, NBFC or government authority.
- Hide conditions, processing requirements, exclusions or third-party decision-making.
- Create advertisements that appear to be official provider advertisements without authorization.
- Use fear, urgency or pressure in a misleading manner.
6. Customer Consent Rules
Customer data or documents may be collected only for a legitimate service request and with the customer's knowledge.
Explain the Purpose
Tell the customer why information or documents are required.
Obtain Consent
Receive clear customer consent before submitting a lead or sharing information with the platform.
Submit Only Necessary Data
Avoid collecting unrelated or excessive personal information.
Respect Withdrawal
If a customer withdraws interest, stop unnecessary contact and inform support where needed.
7. Data Privacy and Document Security
Partners must protect customer information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
- Use secure devices and password-protected accounts.
- Do not save customer documents on shared or public devices.
- Do not forward documents to unauthorized persons or groups.
- Delete local copies when no longer required, subject to lawful retention needs.
- Never ask customers for ATM PIN, UPI PIN, CVV, internet banking password or email password.
- OTP may be entered or shared only through an authorised transaction process initiated by the customer.
Strictly Prohibited
Partners must never misuse Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements, RC, policy documents, photographs, signatures or customer contact details.
8. Brand Usage Guidelines
LoanPayBima branding may be used only in an accurate, approved and professional manner.
Logo Usage
Do not distort, recolor, alter or combine the logo in a way that damages brand identity.
Partner Identity
Partners must identify themselves as LoanPayBima partners, not employees, insurers or lenders.
Approved Material
Use official posters, messages and claims where available.
No Unauthorized Claims
Do not use provider names, logos or regulatory claims without authority.
9. Communication Standards
All customer communication must be respectful, relevant and compliant.

10. Social Media Policy
Partners are responsible for every post, reel, status, video, comment or advertisement published using the LoanPayBima name.
- Use honest captions and avoid guaranteed-result language.
- Do not publish customer documents, mobile numbers or case details.
- Do not insult competitors, providers, customers or regulators.
- Do not publish fake payout screenshots or exaggerated income claims.
- Remove or correct content when instructed due to legal, brand or compliance concerns.
11. Prohibited Activities
The following activities may lead to immediate suspension, commission withholding or termination.
Fake, duplicate or self-created leads.
Forged, altered or stolen documents.
Collecting unauthorized fees from customers.
Misuse of customer OTPs or personal data.
Commission fraud or false payout claims.
Impersonation of LoanPayBima staff or providers.
Spam, harassment or abusive communication.
Using the platform for unlawful transactions.
Manipulating dashboard, wallet or lead records.
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons.
12. Conflict of Interest
Partners must disclose circumstances that may affect impartial customer service or platform trust.
- Do not divert LoanPayBima leads for unauthorized personal benefit.
- Do not hide external arrangements that affect customer recommendations.
- Do not misuse internal pricing, commission or customer information.
- Inform LoanPayBima of any material conflict when requested.
13. Compliance with Laws and Provider Rules
Partners must comply with applicable Indian laws, lawful directions and the requirements of authorised third-party providers.
Partners must not conduct any activity that requires a licence, registration or regulatory authorisation unless they personally hold such authorisation and are permitted to use it for the relevant activity.
14. Monitoring, Verification and Audit
LoanPayBima may review partner activity to protect customers and the platform.
- Verify leads, customer consent and documents.
- Review complaints, calls, messages or promotional material where lawfully available.
- Request explanations, supporting documents or corrective action.
- Temporarily hold a lead, wallet balance or commission during investigation.
- Cooperate with authorised providers or competent authorities where required.
15. Disciplinary Action, Suspension and Termination
Action may depend on the seriousness, repetition and impact of the violation.

18. Frequently Asked Questions
Can a partner guarantee insurance or loan approval?
No. Final approval, underwriting, pricing, policy issuance and loan decisions belong to authorised third-party providers.
Can a partner collect service fees directly?
Only where expressly authorised by LoanPayBima and clearly disclosed to the customer. Unauthorized collections are prohibited.
Can customer documents be stored on a personal phone?
Only temporarily when genuinely necessary and with appropriate security. Documents should not remain stored longer than required.
What happens if a partner submits fake leads?
The partner may face commission rejection, recovery, suspension or termination.
Can a partner use the LoanPayBima logo?
Yes, only in an approved and accurate manner and without implying that the partner is an insurer, bank, NBFC or authorised employee.
19. Acceptance and Updates
Continued participation in the LoanPayBima Partner Program means acceptance of this Code and any lawful updates published on the website or Partner Dashboard.
